Vs7 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "vs7") is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the vs7 website, mobile app, and all associated services.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• At registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
• If vs7 requests KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be required to submit a copy of your national ID card or passport.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. vs7 is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.
• Transferring or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

Vs7 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Use of vs7 by minors is entirely prohibited.

• Vs7 may verify your age at any time; failure to provide the required documents will result in a temporary account suspension.
• A national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate is accepted for age verification.

Vs7 currently supports deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally processed instantly. vs7 is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway issues.

• When making a deposit, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be reversed.
• There are no additional charges for deposits; however, your mobile banking provider's own fees may apply.

Withdrawals on vs7 are fast and straightforward. Processing is typically completed within 30 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed or rejected if certain conditions are not met.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met.
• Withdrawals exceeding BDT 10,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious transactions, vs7 may place withdrawals on hold until an investigation is completed.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10 times the original amount.
• Reload Bonus: Extra bonus is available on deposits of a specified amount each week.
• Cashback: Every Monday, a fixed percentage of the previous week's net losses is returned as cashback.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously.
• A bonus applies only to the account for which it was issued.
• Vs7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Before placing bets on vs7, please read the rules for each game or event. General betting rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, vs7 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on both sides of the same event to guarantee a profit — is prohibited.
• The minimum bet for Sports Betting is BDT 50, and the maximum bet is determined by the specific event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vs7 platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or algorithms.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Unauthorized use of the vs7 brand name or logo.
